Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled by our production partner Printify, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high volume.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll work with Printify to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final
Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please double-check your order before confirming!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at [Your Email] within 30 days of receiving the product. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or refund for qualifying issues approved by Printify.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the production process begins and we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
